Customer Approved Errors
I cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos), regardless of where the error originated. While I do my best to call attention to any errors, 7th and Anderson cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes or errors in information provided by you. Final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs.
Should you find an error on your stationery, please contact me. I offer discounted reprints and complimentary rush service for customer approved errors. Please note, that complimentary rush is not available for letterpress orders and standard processing times apply.
COLOR VARIATIONS BETWEEN MONITOR AND PRINT
I am unable to accept returns because the printed color does not match what you see on your screen. Your color PDF proof is only a digital simulation of your stationery. All monitors display color differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. There may also be slight color variations across the different stationery pieces you order.
I highly recommend requesting a sample set prior to ordering. All Wedding Sample Kits include a printed color chart which show all ink options and how they will print on your final product.
Cancelling After Receiving Proofs
Due to the time involved in creating customized proofs, there is a 50% cancellation fee, should you cancel after receiving your digital proofs.
I do not limit the number of revisions in the design process. I am committed to creating wedding stationery as unique as you, and if there is something you’re just not liking, I am happy to work with you until you’re smitten with your design.
Returning Stationary After Delivery
Due to the personalized nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not available once your order has been shipped and/or received. This is because all items are personalized to each client and cannot be resold.
Samples are non-returnable. Samples are a way for you to see my work in person. If you decide to work with another vendor or do not like the sample, that is not a valid reason for a return.
If your sample was damaged in transit, or you received the incorrect sample, please contact me and I will send a replacement.
Cancelling After Approval to Print
Once I receive your final approval, your order is sent directly to the printer for production. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order after print approval, please contact me ASAP. If your order has not yet gone into production, I may be able to cancel it and process your refund less the design costs, as detailed in the previous section.
If your order has already gone to production, refunds and cancellations are not available.
If your order does not fall into any of the exceptions listed above, please email me within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Be sure and include your order number and an explanation for your dissatisfaction, so I can improve my offerings. Under extreme circumstances, I may be able to offer a partial refund.
