Lili and Killian chose a Moonlight Basin wedding because it was already part of their story. With family ties to Montana and years spent skiing there, the venue held meaning long before they became engaged. They wanted their celebration to acknowledge that connection without leaning into a traditional mountain wedding aesthetic. Lili described her vision as "mountain luxury meets garden party."
We used the surrounding Montana landscape as our guide, pairing it with a pastel palette of blush, blue, peach, and soft green. Those colors carried throughout the celebration, from the florals to the paper details, creating continuity while allowing the beauty of Moonlight Basin to remain the focal point.

The invitation suite established the visual language for the celebration with a vintage-inspired floral monogram, a Montana-shaped details card, and a Lone Peak watercolor envelope liner. Each element acknowledged the setting while introducing the garden-party aesthetic Lili wanted carried throughout the weekend.
On the wedding day, floral menus, table numbers, an acrylic welcome sign, and a coordinating bar menu expanded on the invitation suite. Rather than repeating the same design, each piece interpreted the pastel palette and floral details in a way that suited its purpose. The custom-built wooden seating chart, complete with acrylic lettering and overflowing flower boxes, became the centerpiece of the paper collection, welcoming guests into the reception while bringing together the mountain setting and garden-inspired design.
