I want you to love your stationery as much as I love designing it for you! That is why I do not limit the number of revisions in my design process. I will work tirelessly with you to ensure your final product is absolute perfection.  I am committed to creating wedding stationery as unique as you, and if there is something you’re just not liking, I am happy to work with you until you’re smitten with your design. 

While I am committed to providing an enjoyable experience, I do have some specific cancellation and refund policies for certain situations.

DESIGN PROCESS

Each design in the Studio Collection has been carefully designed to create a unique and balanced design. Design changes are not offered on any collection piece beyond what is provided on the product personalization page.

I happily offer unlimited revisions during the design process. This is to ensure that you have ample opportunities to review for any errors and/or make changes to your chosen design. You will receive a PDF proof for review within 48 business hours of submitting your order. When you receive a proof, it is your responsibility to review it for accuracy including, but not limited to, dates, spelling, color(s), and punctuation. Once you have approved your design and it is sent to print, no further changes can be made.  If your design is sent to print with a printing error that you approved, you will be responsible for all reprinting + shipping costs.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Seventh and Anderson is not responsible for color variations from what you see on your computer monitor to your printed product. Every monitor displays color differently, so your printed product may not match what you see on your screen. I highly recommend purchasing a Wedding Sample Set prior to making your purchase. Each sample set includes a printed color chart with all ink options and how they will print on your final product. The cost of the sample set will count as a credit toward your future purchase.

If you would like a custom color, please provide a PMS number, inspiration image, or color swatch. Custom color matching is not guaranteed. 

Letterpress inks are mixed by hand, and run through the letterpress machine individually. Because of this, there is the possibility of color variations between printed pieces.

Due to variations in the printing process, over time colors can vary from what is shown on our color chart, and may not exactly match your final product. There may also be slight color variances across the different stationery pieces in your order. This is especially true if you are mixing printing methods or printing on different color paper or envelopes.

Envelope colors may not exactly match their corresponding ink color.

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY

Seventh and Anderson does not provide photo editing services. Your photograph will be used in your stationery order as submitted. It is your responsibility to provide a high quality, print ready image. Returns and/or exchanges are not available because your submitted photo does not meet these standards.  You are responsible for all reprinting + shipping costs.

By supplying Seventh and Anderson photography for use in designs, you acknowledge that you own, or have the rights, to reproduce the supplied photograph(s).  All professionally taken photographs must be accompanied by a release for use by the photographer or studio who took the photograph. Professionally taken photographs submitted without a release can not be reprinted. 

RETURNS

Due to the personalized nature of my products, orders are not eligible for return or exchange. If there is a printing error made on my part, the item(s) will be reprinted at no cost to you.  If there is an error in the proof provided to you, and you approve the design and/or wording you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting and shipping. 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations and full refunds are available if you choose to cancel prior to the design process starting. If you would like to do so, please email me ASAP. If the design process has not started, I will initiate a full refund of your order total.
  • If the design process has started, but no proofs have been sent, there is a 25% cancellation fee. At a minimum, you agree that the cancellation fee fairly compensates Seventh and Anderson for time needed to create your personalized proofs.
  • If you choose to cancel after receiving your personalized proofs, or at any time during the design process, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Once your order has gone to production, cancellations and refunds are not available.

design changes after approval

Once I receive your final approval, your order is sent directly to the printer for production. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order after print approval, please contact me ASAP. If your order has not yet gone into production, I may be able to cancel it and process your refund less the design costs, as detailed in the previous section. 

If your order has already gone to production, refunds and cancellations are not available.

shipping

Seventh and Anderson guarantees delivery of your package to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, Seventh and Anderson is no longer responsible for it’s handling. All physical orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which may take between 5-7 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be automatically assigned to the shipment, but Seventh and Anderson has no access to the process of your shipment beyond that of which is provided by UPS in the tracking information. All questions regarding package tracking and delivery should be directed to UPS.

Seventh and Anderson is not responsible for any loss(es), delay(s), or damage(s) incurred during shipment, and refunds for such are not available.

If your order does not fall into any of the exceptions listed above, please email me within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Be sure and include your order number and an explanation for your dissatisfaction, so I can improve my offerings. Under extreme circumstances, I may be able to offer a partial refund.
